Bolivia Micro-module BM Manufacturer
The new ENERGIRON “DR Micro-Module” is Bolivia's first DRI plant and is designed to produce 250,000 tonnes per year. It uses the Zero-Reformer process jointly developed by Tenova and Danieli. In 2017, China's Sinosteel Equipment and Engineering contracted Tenova HYL as the technology provider for a DR Micro-Module for Empresa Siderúrgica del Mutún (ESM) at Puerto Suárez, municipality of Santa Cruz Department in Bolivia. This achievement marks a key milestone and introduces the first-ever DRI plant in Bolivia.
